67% of the world’s population either cannot read or prefer communicating by oral means.
The Written Word
The world has a population of six and a half billion people speaking 6,913 languages. 429 of these people groups have a complete Bible; another 1,144 have a New Testament. 853 others have at least one book of the Bible. 4,487 of these people groups have no scriptures at all in their native heart language
