    Faith vs. Fear

    By arnelle | March 20, 2008

“Fear will quench your faith, and faith will quench your fears. You can choose which will rule you…. Faith and fear are equal in this dimension—both demand to be fulfilled, and both project into the future.”

I love this quote and believe it wholeheartedly. This kind of thought is the watershed in my daily meditating. I am learning to flip forward into restful, expansive faith and fear and discomfort vanish immediately. Thanks for always building up my power to believe. By the way, those “relaxation” DVD’s you gave me, Mom, are actually on this subject. Fascinating and helpful. Just like you. ;-)
